Our grass-fed lamb is in high demand and we maintain a regular waitlist, so if you’re interested, please click the link below to contact us and reserve your spot. Lamb is available in specialty cuts or as whole and half portions, and you’re welcome to take part in customizing how your lamb is processed.

The lamb meat was very tender, it had a mild flavor that could stand on its own, just needed a little salt and pepper, didn't need any fancy seasoning or sauce. The taste was very good with no twang at all! The size of the chop was exceptional, biggest that I'd ever had, and I've had a lot of lamb over the years!
